    I'm more of a Chardonnay type guy. Dryish white wine. Occasionally red, but not a big fan of it
    being room temperature and not a big fan of sweet wines. But I'll try any of them once.

    Wow. Yes, Keyuka was the one that we went to I think. Wherever the Thirsty Owl Winery is.

    I thought I read somewhere that if you leave your beer in primary on the yeast then when the
    dead yeast start to decay you can get off flavors. Not true?
