I'd love to hear about your clean up after fermentation. I fermed one batch in a half barrel
sanke and was afraid that I couldn't get it clean enough to do it a second time.

I like variety, and can only drink so much beer. 5 gallons is about 40 pints, so is a nice

Honestly, I never even adjusted the CO2 vols, they defaulted there. I do most of my IPA mashes
in the 150 - 151 range, and am contemplating the higher mash for just a little more mouth feel
