  • Worked 2010 and 2011 harvests at Chehalem Winery in Newberg, Oregon. Grapes never interested me much but when it comes to honey, I am Winnie the Pooh. First mead (Joe's Ancient Orange) started on December 4, 2011.

    Has anyone here ever made a mead out of snowberry honey? From the few descriptions I can find
    scouring the interwebz, I can only find mixed reviews ranging from pineappley to very grassy
    and pungent.
