is there a reason to steep grains when doing all grain batches? I thought you would just throw
it in with the mash.Never thought about it until I read your last line in quotation marks.

is a 10 gallon really necesarry for 5 gallon batches?It seems like more heat would be lost with

hehe I have a couple of digital scales - but as I was saying. I dont' know anything about what
