6 row should be replaced with pilsner malt plus maybe a pound of rice hulls.

Don't know what happened with my notty, it fermented like crazy and then stalled out at 1.025.

Congratulations in providing me with my first blowoff.Fortunately, I was fermenting in a SOFC
which contained it. It was a nice little surprise to go to the garage and see beer leaking out
of the SOFC...
