  • I was given a Mr. Beer for my 40th birthday. My first batch did not work out so well, strong band aid taste. I now buy spring water to eliminating chlorine from the water.

    Looks like a great idea. Could you give a bit more detail how you fitted the McMaster Carr
    componets to the 2 Liter bottle and had it hold pressure. Thanks!

    I should have specified that to. I did correct the volume into the fermenting buckets. That is
    when I realize it was a partial boil.
