    Agreed you're gonna need to kick the late hops up a bit to match DCs danky goodness.

    I agree, it looks great! But if it's not symmetric then it will try to turn in your hand when
    you mix the mash.Never had a problem, probably cause I'm a man and i know how to wield it ;)

    Couldn't you just use a vacuum? Just figure a way to hook the tube that you were hooking to the
    3rd carboy up to a vacuum hose. You can even poke holes in the tube so you can keep a more
    "gentle" siph...
