  • Started around Christmas 2009 with equipment I had left over from a wine kit. I made one batch of merlot about 10 years ago and realized that I really didn't like wine enough to make more. A buddy started making some homebrew so I decided to see what I could do without buying anything more than what I had. That was all it took to get me hooked. I now have a great 5 gallon brew pot, chiller, capper, fermentation chiller, 10 gallon mash tun, 2 gallon mini tun, and countless other beer making tools. I would love to move up to 10 gallon batches and kegging but that will need to be down the road.
