Home Brewing Biography: I started brewing in 1995, but gave it up after around 2 years. My best friend's daughter married a home brewer (well, he does other things, too) a few years ago and he persuaded me to start up again. I've been at it continuously since last spring and have brewed about 14 batches from extract and adjunct grains. rnrnLast Fall I took the big step of installing a workbench and sink in a room off the garage, which I refer to as my brewshop. I'm currently trying to figure out how do run a propane burner in there so I can upgrade to a 15-gallon fermenter.

The Guinness you get in Ireland is, if not more watery, lighter and lass intense than the stuff
here. Also feels less alcoholic. You can drink a couple of pints at lunch and still get work
done afterw...
