  I usually just break my water in to 2 half's one for the Mash, and the other half for the

  Wine Brewing shops in RD, so I have to source my stuff online or go to Edmonton, or Calgary.

  I usually try one a week after bottling, then try another a week after that. After 3 weeks
  though they start disappearing pretty fast!
