  • BBIIPA_1. Trashed. Air lock was knocked out by the dogs for who knows how many days and the fan to cool the area was blowing right on the carboy. Why take the chance?

BBIIPA_2. Bottled. Almost done conditioning, will be done on 10/22/11

Burnt Apple Pie ABA; Based off an ABA recipe but I went with 1lb of Crisp Barley, which in turn gave the wort a black coffee look, hence the burnt. Brew date 10/15/11. When it goes to secondary pasteurized Pink Lady apples, stick cinnamon and fresh nutmeg will be added. Should be done sometime before the end of December.
  • Not sure yet. Maybe a Lager as my basement will be about 40 degrees shortly

good until now. I cracked one yesterday and wish I didn't drink all the others before it was in
    its prime....
