    I personally would go with a 148F maybe max 150F on the mash. I like to get a little better
    attenuation. 153F would just be too sweet.

    For the 1.5" tc's I recommend 1.25" and the dimpling tool. 1 3/16 would be even better.

    I definitely agree. I went down to 152 on the second batch of this. I would even consider a 148
    mash temp for the next version.

    Adding the honey sounds like an interesting idea. Are you adding the hone during fermentation
