  • I teach children with autism by day, I work for NJ's early intervention system by night -and I brew beer, climb rocks, and hang with my daughter and wife in the evenings and on the weekends. I rock out in my car- and don't let commutes kill me. Was a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Spent 2005 in Al Anbar Iraq as an infantryman. Love making all the things I like- I smoke meats, grow hot peppers and hops, etc. I used BobbyM's counterflow method, and it was Awesome. I made ALL of my AG materials, and I think everyone should do the same! Yup.

  • All about German lagers, and IPA's. I can't stop using decoction mashes- despite how long my brew day is because of it.
