You should be able to back calculate what your mash/lauter efficiency was for both batches.
This would provide some insight. I think you will be surprised how much trapped wort will

It would probably leave it be. But if you have to hit your numbers I would add some DME

It pretty much takes me 5 to 6 hrs each time. 90 minute boils seem to take a good chunk of that
