Started with a several 4L amber bottles for fermenters with blow tubes and a 5 gallon bucket, upgraded to 6 gal PET bottles, and a 6.5 gal glass carboy (still keep for aging), and have been using a 7 gal chronical (conical) for about a 1.5 yrs now, and about the same time built a fermemntation chamber with STC 1000 temp controller. Cook on a Bayou Classic LP burner with 2* 8 gal SS kettles, cubed roller chest for a mash tun, and a 7 gal SS Brewtech Chronical. Keg and bottle.
