  • I have a gorgeous Happa wifey (1/2 Jap, 1/2 Irish), a step daughter, and 2 little girls of my own (3yo and a 1yo). So when I'm not surfing or diving for fish/lobster (depending on the season), chilling around the house making some beer now.

  • Freinds who brew, love beer, why not.Dubbel Abbeys, Tripels, Trappist, etc. Started with a several 4L amber bottles for fermenters with blow tubes and a 5 gallon bucket, just bought/converting a 10 gallon water cooler and about to buy all glass carboys. Cook on a Bayou Classic LP burner with Aluminum 30qt pot, saving up for a stainless steel with valve set up to transfer back and forth from my Rubbermaid cooler Mash Tun. I converted a 5 gallon bucket into my bottling bucket. I either use flip top bottles or cork everything.
