  • I am an obsessed homebrewer and should be certified as a yeast junky. I ask alot of questions, some which may seem stupid, but theres always room the learn from the experience of others.

  • I got into home brewing because one. I was too young to buy beer, and two, i was really not satisfied with the beers i could find. I absolutely hated beer until right before i started brewing. I discovered sam adams oktoberfest (which is ok but not my favorite now) and i dug my dads homebrew kit out of storage and he bought me a wheat beer kit for christmas that year. I brew with four five gallon carboys, one 6.5 gallon, and a 7.5 gal fermentation bucket/bottling bucket. Got a few kettles and all the works, bottle with flex tops as well as crowns. Love belgian wheat beers, Browns and Stouts. Been falling for german lagers lately too.recently upgraded to all grain
