Well that seems quite obvoius, but sometimes people make quite obvious mistakes. I know that I

I've had the 'traditional' in secondary for 2,5 months now. I guess that the consensus is that

Coffee sounds great. BTW did you use 3 vanilla beans? Did they not produce enough aroma as you
