My fridge does not have the condenser on the back. The rest of it sounds too complicated for me

I decided to use distilled water. I'm mashing right now. It sucks to have to haul 10 gallons of
water and spend an extra $10 but I think the quality of the beer will be worth it.

My kegerator is a standard fridge on the bottom with a freezer on top. I keep it outside in my

I just removed all mineral adjustments and the pH still shows 5.4 it didn't change it at all.
