- After going to beer festivals and drinking some pretty good beer - I found this site by searching around the interwebs and lurked around the technical forums. Then I went out and bought Charlie P's books and How to Brew and read them all. About a month later I picked up a starter set and based on my conversation with the fellow at the LHBS he got me started steeping on the 1st batch (April '07) and I've been brewing since. I brew with my youngest brother regularly and with my other younger brother more and more since he's out of the army.
- I plan on practicing perfection on a couple of AG session ales and get into German and Belgian brewing. I want to get a good Bavarian Hefe and a Belgian wit or saison or a really fruity/funky triple.
