I am a homebrew enthusiast! I race triathlons, mountain bike, play the guitar, and I am raising two little girls.

I brewed extract for several years (since 2005). I recently have started BIAB. I like it. If you are brewing extract I highly recommend considering making the small jump to all grain with BIAB.
I am having fun doing what I can to lower the cost of my brewing and seeing what others are doing that may help. I am also trying to share the info and experience I have with others when it is helpful. -
I have a simple pale ale that I have been working on slated to brew next. I am playing with the specialty grain amounts and hop schedule.
I have a several pounds of Columbus I plan to use in my next several beers. I would like to experiment to make some small lightly hopped beers and also some IPAs with it.
There is a stout somewhere in the line up. probably after I nail down the pale ale and burn through what I have already spent on the bulk hops. -
