  • I am pretty new to home brewing but I think I am learning fast. I bought a basic kit from a store in town that is basic but it gets the job done. I brew as often as I can with my best friends. We generally brew porters and stouts and a couple IPA's.
  • We are brewing a scottish ale now and plan on doing an American Pilsner later.
  • Im guessing fermentator? I just use a 6 gallon bucket
  • I have a another standard bucket
  • We just bottled our Scottish Ale
  • Haven't kegged anything. That kind of thing is a little intimidating and a little to expensive.

so this is a lager? I live in Memphis and down here we dont have basements. Is there a way I
can control to get the right temp in my fridge?
