Cannot think that the corks soaked in K-Meta will spoil the wine but it is better to cork with
dry corks. what many folk do is place their corks in a colander above a container with solution

Well i don't have any supplies yet. I'm just trying to plan ahead. I guess it would be cheaper
in the long run to go ahead and go with the 5 gallon recipe.
