Stash IPA by Independence Brewery from Austin, TX states it is 7% ABV with 100 IBU's. It's very
good and not harshly bitter. It's more like a typical west coast IPA, and it seems more like 70

I thought the hot break was desireable to precipitate unwanted proteins. I would think an
