  • I like most kinds. Folk Rock and Bluegrass are favorites
  • Just got started making wine and didn't have a lot of luck. have a cousin that works for a brewpub in CO and he sort of got me started making beer. I'm in love now and won't turn back. Since i started making beer, my wines have been much better as well. Guess practice means a lot.

    Doing a 1.045 pale right now that was mostly finished in two days and took off like a bat out
    of hell just like you described. Definitely my future choice for beers that I need quick
    turnaround on.
