  • A friend of mine and myself brewed our first batch of beer in September of 2009 and haven't stopped since. Our first was an Octoberfest that turned out quite good, much to our surprise. Currently I'm using a standard setup for extract and partial mash brewing. Latest brews include a scotch ale, Nut Brown, Bock and so on. More to come.
