Powder coat might not work around the burners. I added 2 layers of "heat wrap" and it's
helping, but I think it's short term. The place I had it done said they would blast it back to
    bare and put cera...

So, I finally got around to troubleshooting more. Took the burner apart, and all is good there.
I removed the shutter completely and put some tape on the openings around the orifice. With

    the shutte...

My stand has 2 bg14 burners few by VR8200 valves. One burner works great. The other burner I
can't get rid of the orange flame. I've checked all the normal stuff and it's fine. I replaced
    the orifices...

Does anyone successfully use this? Seems like the flow necessary to get this to work is way to
fast for sparging. I recirc with just a silicon tube laying on top of grain bed and would
    probably be bet...

March 809. One item that's a waste is the Stout sparge arm. Need to run the pump too high to
make it work. The herms process already gets a nice level of liquid over the bed. Think I'll
    skip it next t...

Things were a little rocky, as expected. Learned a few things though. Not sure about the sparge
process. Should it still take a long time, like 30-45 minutes? I went through all my sparge
    water in abou...
