I have no taste for beer or most wines. Cider and Mead are about the only fermented drinks I care to consume. - Sport Climbing,Drag Racig and now Home Brew

Also one gallon of what I think is a Cyser that I have high hopes for. - Nada
- No name for it yet, was my first brew. about 2 months old and maturing quite well. Currently tastes like Ace Apple, only better.
