Tried to send you a msg, but dunno what the deal is with that. Looks like you don't even use this site anymore... hopefully this comes up in your email or something. Anyway, I was reading around and saw that you had come up with a recipe for a decent take on Karl Strauss Amber Lager. Did you ever get that recipe down to a science? I'd love to hear what you did on it. I'm trying to find the best recipes for this thing, but it's impossible to tell how good it is until someone tells me how it went! Did you figure out how to steep the 60L and munich and vienna and what not? What is your recipe? Is it really close to the amber lager? Thanks!
