+3 on Vodka. It will kill ANYTHING. Even if a fly got in the vodka (and died) and then got

Here is my Mixed Berry Melomel after it's 3rd racking. Currently only a month old. I used
Blackberry, Blueberry, Strawberry and Raspberry in the primary with 3.5 pounds of Clove Honey.

I'd have thought the biggest hazard would be that the movement would disturb the sediment
enough to produce the nucleation point for the dissolved CO2 to come out as gaseous

Here is a couple bottles of the batch of JOAM that I had going since mid February crystal clear
for about a month maybe longer. 13% abv could really taste the clove.Love the tear drop shaped
