    Im wanting to make some lilac wine but not sure how to measure the flowers? The recipe calls

    I didn't think campden killed the yeast? Most recepies include a crushed tablet before the
    yeast is pitched or is that to kill yeasts that may be present before pitching?

    I woke this morning to find instead of giving off gasses both my wines are sucking air back

    Does the cap eventually dissapear on its own or does it need to be removed before syphoning off
