All the ones on the AMA website aren't in my area and those that are in bordering states I've

Most homebrew stores allow you to chew on some grain to get an idea. I know a lot of people do
smash (single malt and single hop) recipes to get to know base malts, hops and yeast

It seems that brew software defaults at 75% efficiency. Plus in threads on here I see everyone
