I've been toying with the idea for some time of putting a tap on my primary fermentor to phase
out siphoning all together. I've sure I could even rig a u-bend although it would probably

If a recipe calls for Northwestern Amber extract, can I use any company's Amber extract as a

A single Diablo kit only makes 9l of ale total. According to the instructions you were meant to
only add 500g of malt to the kit. Then 90g when bottling.
