Home Brewing Biography: Started Brewing back in early 80s with a basic kit. Started all grain in early 2000. Took 5 years off from brewing, and back at it again.
Future Brews: Chocolate Stout, Barley Wine, Sam Adams Double Bock Clone....., My son wants to do a root beer. I think that will be his first bottling kit for this Xmas:)
