Doing Smoke on the Porter. A lightly smoked porter. Mash is going right now, so is the smoker

Plugging some quick numbers in to Beer Tools. I usually have a rule of thumb of 3.5 to 4 pounds
of base malt to 3 pounds of extract. Here is at 65% efficiency the malt bill and an OG of

Since there are a lot of sugars to convert on a strong I would recommend making a blow off
