Doing Smoke on the Porter. A lightly smoked porter. Mash is going right now, so is the smoker
with a nice pork butt for some pulled pork action alter on today.

Since there are a lot of sugars to convert on a strong I would recommend making a blow off
assembly to avoid the airlock from launching like an Apollo rocket.

Did an ESB last night and a traditional IPA this morning. Both partial mashes.
