    Best bet is to let it sit for 3-4 weeks and let it clean itself up. Even if it is done
    fermenting the yeast still work to clean the beer. Plus it gives the beer time to mellow and
    not be so green when...

    I'm a novice brewer, and my wife got a pretty cool book for me called The Brewer's Companion by
    Randy Mosher. 1995 I really like it. Not sure if it's still in print. Mine is a thrift store
    find.
