I'm currently in the process of upgrading to a larger setup, I was wondering how fellow
homebrewers clean their larger kettles, 15g or 30g?Obviously, the HLT needs minimal cleaning
    but how do you clea...

The only thing I would change if I were to start buying stuff again is to go straight to 15
gallon kettles, Stout, Blichman, Brewers Hardware, Bru-Gear, etc. and possibly RIMS setup.

Try lowering the pressure and let that sit at the lower pressure for a day or so then pour.
With my kegerators, the faucets are usually either fully open or closed, no inbetween or I'll
    get mostly foa...

Funny, I did the same thing years ago when I use to shake my carboy with starsan to aerate. I
got worried and tried to dump out the foam. No biggy and I've pitched various yeasts at 78-80F
    without iss...

On the 23 tip burners there are 3 tips that aren't paired. I plugged those up and the burners
seen to burn well using NG. Others even plug all except 10 tips.

That's a pretty good deal for a heavy duty kettle. I was going to buy the Bru Gear one. It's
basically the same except for TC fittings and volume markings inside. It's about $120 more
    though....still ...

So I'm treating myself this xmas to a new higher end kettle. I put an order already for the 15
gallon brewers hardware BK with the 2 outlets + tangential inlet. I got an email back from them
    saying th...

After thinking about it some more, I'm leaning towards the kegerator now. Talk about something
that takes up a lot of space - cases of empty bottles and full bottles conditioning/in the
    fridge! All th...

If I was in your shoes, I'd go for either of the two:1. kegging equipment- small fridge + 2
kegs + regulator + co2 tank. I honestly don't know how people are able to bottle all their
    brews because it'...
