Yes dual stage would be better, but in my case single works. I only need to keep my chamber a
few degrees cooler than my room temp. I just cant understand these $%#% instructions!

If beer is bottled before it reaches final gravity which means there are still fermentables in
it I'm not sure it will carbonate faster but you risk over carbonating and even worse, bottle
