Always wash then santitise.You can't sanitise muck, you need to get rid of it first.I think I'd

My Homebrew Supply Store here said not to use a secondary, that it really does not do anything
and you take the risk of contamination when transferring. Just transfer from primary into

I see that. :D You did the steeping correctly. You can either put it in the water cold and
slowly bring it up to temp and hold there for 20-30 minutes or heat the water up to temp and
then add the bag...
