    I am mashing just over 4 pounds of grain. Will my 10 gallon mash tun be too big for this? It is

    Colder is ok, it will just take longer to carb and condition. Just don't go so cold the yeast
    go to sleep.

    Lighter tasting as opposed to overly matly, not as in bud light coors light, etc. Also as in
    not heavy mouth feel or in the belly. The pilsen should keep it really light.
