    Good luck and just make sure your using a good one with a drill with plenty of torque.

    There should be a loaner program for the punch. I just sucked it up and bought one because I
    like using the right tool for a job. But it would have been nice to just borrow one for the
    couple holes.

    Thank you. Next step is to make the tun and kettle bottom drain to assist with cleaning. Trick
    is going to be a good hop filtering false bottom on the kettle.

    Also make sure you take off the stock gasket that comes with the element.

    I'd ideally like to be able to do just that if possible. I hear you. The BCS is my ultimate
    system, but I'd hate for there to be an issue with WiFi, my computer, or some other crap that

    As long as you don't plan on running all three at the same time you should be fine. For the
    price of three PIDs I would just get a Brewtroller or BCS to start with and be done with it.

    Why don't you propane heat the strike water and then put a removable insulation sleeve on it
    during the mash?
