Thanks guys. Here it is in action from Tuesday's 10gal Hoegaarden clone brew. Screwed up and
used 2oz of bittering hops instead of 1oz. It's supposed to be around 13 IBU but probably will

Disconnect all kegs, unplug fridge/freezer or better yet take all components out, turn the
pressure up and take the gauge covers off then listen carefully.

I split a 10 gallon batch into 5 gallons as is and 5 gallons dry hopped for 5 days with 1oz
each Cascade/Centennial. All I can say is WOW is the dry hopped version tasty!! :rocking:
