Home Brewing Biography: I started brewing while attending college 30 years ago. I started making meads 17 years ago. My renaissance faire character is a Scottish Broustaris and I talk about brewing in the 16th century. I hope to encourage more people to try homebrewing and meadmaking by sharing information about homebrew shops, clubs, books and online resources.
