  • Couple who enjoys making fruit wines and raising parrots. We live out in the country and especially enjoy going out and harvesting the fruits/berries/herbs for our wines. We also like to think of what wines we would like to make for the year when we plant our gardens in the spring. We also enjoy riding our atvs, fishing and going to auctions.

  • Banana in secondary 1, Cherry in secondary 2, Jalapeno in secondary 3, Blackberry/elderberry in secondary 4, Tomato in secondary 5, white grape/peach from concentrate in secondary 6, Cherry/blackberry/elderberry in secondary 7, Tea/pomegranite/clover/ginseng (wild panax ginseng leaf, collected after the berry tower is up, as much if not more ginsenoids as the root and it keeps the poachers from finding the plant) in secondary 8
  • Passionfruit wine, blackberry wine, coffee wine, spiced apple wine, apple wine, green tea wine, jalapeno wine....

    You can freeze grapes as well, make more batches as your equipment frees up.

    Plastic is fine as long as it is PET plastic, such as used for better bottles. Regular plastic
    does leach chemicals.

    You use the whole pack, it does not matter if you make 1 gallon or 10, one packet does the
    trick ;)
