It is yeast. Don't worry about it. Rack under it and all will be good. 05 is very similar to
Kolsch yeast. Kolsch yeast is sticky and gooey but it rocks.

After the first batch, I added .25lb of Crystal 10L to mine as the color was very light. It
looks perfect now. Just made my 4th batch last Friday. Will add AE this Friday and keg in a
