  • Current set up is a basic kit with glass carboy, multiple buckets, hydrometer, tubing, etc. I use a 5 gallon stainless steel pot on a propane fryer. So far I have used BIAB and partial boil methods.

    First brew was an amber ale partial mash from a local home brewer supply.
  • On deck - Not sure...maybe a Smithwick's clone or another Amber
  • Oatmeal Stout mini-mash from LHBS

    That is interesting, I always thought the swing tops looked beefier than standard longnecks.

    I'm just getting into kegging and I am planning out my process. I'm leaning towards priming the
    keg and letting it sit for a few more weeks at room temperature and then putting in the
