This was just my 2nd batch. I do 5 gallon batches using a 6 gallon glass carboy. The first
batch turned out really good, I got quite a few complements on it. Unfortunately, I just didn't
have the time...

Yeah, it feels great! Definitely more laid back than the first time I brewed as well, it just
gets easier from here on out.
