    I usually brew alone, but I like to filter stuff out before I go into primary so I like to have
    someone there when I'm racking, but aside from that I tend to be alone.

    I personally don't like to put in much more than 5% myself. I think much over that starts to
    dominate the flavor pretty quickly. Just my opinion
