Relax... it's probably just fine. Give it 48 hours. I had the same paranoia on my first batch.

The pressure gauge will pay for itself in no time. The regulator has quite a few turns to it so
dialing in 10psi is much easier with a gauge. Anything over that and you wasting btu's. They

Why do you sanitize the plastic tube?Because it can be infected. Do you want to stick an

Don't take samples here. Just leave it in the primary for 3-4 weeks and it's done.
KISS!D-I-T-T-O! I go 2 weeks in a temp controlled frig. It's easily done by then. :)
