I've heard of issues with dampness and mold. Any problems here? It's been a few years. Curious
how this is holding up.I should add that I live in Colorado and it's pretty dry here. If you
    live in a mo...

The floors of the chambers are made of solid sheets of linoleum flooring with the edges and
corners sealed with caulk. This is the paint I used inside the fermenter: has held up
    perfectly without any...

a test hole. You should also think about what probes and controllers to use. I prefer RTD's in

Another old thread perhaps worth unearthing.

I haven't been around the site for awhile. Busy with other projects I guess. I like the
upgrades. I think this thread is worth bringing back, now that there's a dedicated fermenter
    section.

I would doubt you would get adequate heat transfer, especially during active fermentation and
the coils, pump and water would take up a lot of room. Also, there is the potential for a
    serious mess, if...

Using thick heat resistant o-rings from an auto supply store works well. Even with a high mash
    temp they don't get soft.
