    Just an update to the floating hop issue. Tried to transfer to the bottling bucket with the
    hops on top and it was a mess. Even ended up getting hops in some of the bottles. Will wait
    longer next time...

    Steber - two were high gravity, the wee heavy and winter. I double pitched those. Temp is
    around 70º - 72º. Seems I just need a little more patience. Thanks for the info eveyone.
